Basically the article is talking about Income Tax, and how many teenagers forget that when working, they will have to eventually pay an income tax, which is many times overlooked. It also goes into more detail saying that teenagers should start to save money as early as possible, so that they have money whenever they are in a time of need. I think this is a great article for anyone with a summer job, and I would highly recommend looking into more ways people can save their money with summer jobs.
